The Clerk's primary duties include:

• Cemeteries - Maintenance of cemetery records including deeds, lot maps, and lot sales
• Election Administration - Conducts all Township elections and maintains Voter Registration files - http://www.michigan.gov/sos - Absentee Voter Page
• Financial Accounting - Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Ledger
• Human Resources/Personnel
• Maintaining Township Book of Oaths
• Recording and Maintaining all Township Records

Monica Hoffman was first appointed as Clerk September 1, 2000. She was elected in November of 2000, and re-elected in November of 2004. She has worked for Peninsula Township since 1992, and has been a resident of the Township since the mid 1980's.

Kim Lautner serves as Deputy Clerk.
