Land Division Application (LDA) & Land Use Permit (LUP) application submissions require an appointment.

​30-minute appointments available, scheduled on the half-hour. Drop-ins may be scheduled same-day, in the next available time slot.
Open hours*:
  • Assessing: Monday & Thursday 9 - 11 a.m. and Tuesday & Wednesday 3 - 5 p.m.
  • Planning: Monday 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. and Wednesday 1 - 4:30 p.m.
  • Zoning: Tuesdays & Thursdays 9 a.m. - noon Book an appointment online with Zoning Administrator Sara Kopriva (website opens in new tab)

*On a limited basis, appointments may be accommodated for outside of days and times listed above.  These requests should be made by e-mail, addressed to the appropriate department, to be scheduled as administrative time allows.

*Land Use Permit Fees

New Dwelling - $240.00
Additions to single family dwelling, garages, pole buildings and barns - $180.00

Accessory Structures: sheds, covered porches, decks, fences, farm stands, greenhouses, seawalls, rip rap, etc. - $120.00
Change of Use - $100.00
​Removal of Shore Cover - $0

Multi-Family: per dwelling unit - $180.00
Commercial: $300.00 first 1000 sq. ft. plus $25.00 each additional 1000 sq. ft.​
Demolition - $90.00

Signs – new or replacement - $90.00
New Communication Tower -$1,000.00
Additional or Replacement Antennae - $750.00

Penalty Fee

​Building without permit: Regular fee is quadrupled - regular fee X 4

Renewal Fee

Renewal prior to expiration - ​½ of Regular fee

Large Event Fees:
  • On public property and/or within ROW - $600.00 plus $5.00 for each registered participant to be paid at the completion of the event.
  • On private property - $150.00

Storm Water:
  • Minor Review - $800.00
  • Major Review - $1,600.00
Barn Storage Permit - $90.00
Wholesale Farm Processing Permit - $180.00

*Any extra cost incurred by the Township for any fees associated with or in addition to the permit fee, Land Division fee, Zoning Board of Appeals, Planning Department or Planning Commission will be billed to the applicant/owner.
